How Dear Angel Makes Connections.

The process is simple, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.

1. A person in need makes a request for food.
2. A person with the ability to assist can:
   • Make a donation that allows the Dear Angel staff to shop, or
   • Fill a shopping cart at a grocer near the family.
3. Our staff notifies the family when their groceries are ready for pickup.
4. The family picks up the order.

The entire process is seamless and anonymous. No identifying details are shared between the angel and the recipient. To protect shoppers, orders are placed using the name Dear Angel. To protect recipients, order confirmations are all that is required to secure groceries.
